Hi
now i have a new problem with my FWB100. the trigger sometimes releases with very little force and almost no movement
see video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aZ9Mg5jONRg
i recently took it apart and cleaned it.
the problem was not resolved. i have no idea what is the problem or what part of the trigger mechanism is broken. any help?
My idea is, that the cocking prozedure was not korrekt. Sometimes the cocking mechanism dont make a full pull and the trigger is not in the endcocking position.
And use FWB Öl Fett. The Fett, you use, have not the right viscosity. You must clean the mechanism and put Feinmechaniköl or FWB Fett on.
Sorry for my bad english.

yes, but why? sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn;t. that would indicate that some part has worn out or is not positioned corectly.
but i cannot figure out what part...
I think that the cocking procedure sometimes goes only 80% for example and not 100%. That can be the glue on the parts because the oil is more like glue and not runny. Or the cocking mechanism has game and dont work exaktly. normal the aircompression procedure opening the magazine and cock the cocking mechanism.

The problem appears when cocking with the air lever as well.
i just couldn;t do that inside my home to show on the video
You dont must do that. If the problem is the same with cocking the compression lever.
Clean everything in the system and in the trigger mechanism and use good running oel like "Nähmaschinenöl" or fwb oel from gotha.
And try.
with best regards Play
i opened it (as much as shown in the pictures) and cleaned it
but i did not put any lubricant
where should i put fwb oil?
"Nähmaschinenöl" or FWB oil:

you can find everywere
or better

On this picture i can see Fett with not good running for example on the left side.

i already have fwb grease(oil)
i don;t understand where you see a problem? what is a Fett?
"Fett" is oil with a mutch higher viscous. It is not like water.
with best regards Play
Fett is Grease
Does the Lp100 works similar to the fwb600?
Just like play said, the Cocking lever might be not correct set, which does not cocK the whole system to 100%.
should i put fwb grease on this part? or leave it clean?
On every part, that rub against each other. Only a littlebit. Not to mutch. Very little.
