Can this be a good pistol of quality? An ERMA KGP690 is being sold on a swedish sale site for 300 Euro.
It has never been fired and are in new condition. Original papers and box comes along.
Manufactured in the 60´s or 70`s.

Well, for the Swedish market its a pretty normal price for blamk guns. I sold my Geco P225 for 200Euro.
But isn´t this pistol pretty rare, and made in steel?

Also für Schweden ist der Preis eigentlich Inordung weil Schweden ein sehr teueres Land ist.Bin mir da aber nicht ganz sicher aufjedenfall ist Schweden ein sehr Teuers Land.Und sorry das ich es auf Deutsch geschrieben hab.
... no, it is not made from steel - it may have SOME steel parts, but mainly it is built up from another, weaker metal (called zinkdruckguss in german) ... the gun is a bit smaller than the actual "08", but it is in fact the best "08" copy among all blank-guns. there are some others made by IWG, RECORD and MELECHER, but the legendary erma-quality is far superior.

Only the knee, the trigger, internal parts are made of steel. I've paid 150€ for one of my KGP 690.
3000€ für ne KGP 690? Ich glaub es hackt...dafür bekommt man schon mehrere 66x für...zumal die Waffe eh nicht funktionieren wird, es sei denn man baut eine Dämmschraube in die Mündung.

dir ist wohl entgangen, daß es 3000 Schwedische Kronen sind, das sind ca 300 €
esw sind übrigends genau (am 24.10.2006)

somit sind 3000 Schwedische Kronen

wenn die Waffen in Schweden eine PTB haben (brauchen), dann ist es ok. Evtl. brauchen die eine andere Kennzeichnung.
Evtl. kommt noch Einfuhr-Zoll für den Käufer dazu.
Dann relativiert sich der Preis. Von den hohen Versandkosten nach Schweden ganz abgesehen.
Mit etwas Glück geht die EGP 690 bei egun (in dem Zustand) auch deutlich über 200 € weg.
Man beachte die lachenden Smiley´s hinter meiner Aussage. Ja genau, war als Joke gemeint. Damit es auch der letzte noch kapiert.

Well,the law in Sweden about blank firing weapons is not that hard. Although you have to have lisence to own one. Many people sell them without licence even thou they are a subject to license demand.
They are not aloud to carry for self defence and pepper or CS ammunition is not aloud to be used with blank guns because you can´t use them here legally for self defence. Only for collecting, startguns in sports or dog training. Semiautomatic pistols are almost totally impossible to buy new here. That´s why i order from germany. And thats why pistols can be sold here for 200- 300 Euro. You don´t find them in stores. But they are popular thou. Popular because you use them for selfdefense anyway or just fun to shoot them.
Bank robbers here in Sweden (and that´s why they got lisence demand from 1985) use blank guns more often because they are easier to get than a real gun and you wont be punished that hard if you had used an blank gun instead of a real firearm.
