    Ich glaube du hast das in den falschen Hals bekommen. Wenn BSW die Drakon im Angebot hätte und nicht die Supersonic, dann hätte ich die genommen. Es geht mir nur um die Möglichkeit mal schnell am Samstag Vormittag die Armbrust tauschen zu können.     alles gut, kam halt anderst rüber.

    Wegen dem Platz/Wurfarme. Wenn Du die Möglichkeit hast, schieß beide im direkten Vergleich, sie haben beide Ihren Scharm.

    Aus meiner Erfahrung misstraue ich allen ABs und Bögen die angeblich in den USA gefertigt wurden und dann kommen die Chinesen aber wir haben alle schon unsere Karmaprüfungen gemacht.

    Der Schlitten hängt definitiv nicht an irgendeiner Schraube.

    Aber es ist auch nicht ersichtlich, woran es liegt, dass er manchmal nicht zurück in die Ausgangsposition will.

    Die Supersonic XL mit M4 Schaft gibt es übrigens gerade bei Hattila für 259€.

    zurrück schicken mit Fehlerbeschreibung. Du hast ja Rückgaberecht. Die Entscheidung die du treffen mußt Rückgabe oder Tausch.

    Ich werde es sicher nochmal mit der Drakon probieren.

    Allerdings möchte ich mittlerweile eine neue, da bei dieser doch zu viel nicht in Ordnung ist.

    Der Preis der SuSo XL bei Hattila ist zwar echt gut, aber mit Red Dot und 12 gescheiten Pfeilen ist man immernoch ca 100€ über der Drakon mit dem gleichen Zubehör.

    So, es gibt Neuigkeiten.

    Ich habe nun den Kauf der Drakon widerrufen, Arrowforge aber die Möglichkeit gegeben mir eine neue, mängelfreie Drakon zuzusenden um den Kaufvertrag aufrecht zu erhalten.

    Daraufhin hat Arrowforge sinngemäß geantwortet, dass ich die Drakon zum testen einschicken soll und, falls alles so sein sollte wie beschrieben, eine Ausnahme beim Widerruf machen. Benutzte ABs sein davon eigentlich ausgeschlossen.

    Geltendes EU-Recht lässt den Käufer allerdings Waren ihrem bestimmungsgemäßen Einsatz nach testen ohne, dass das Widerrufsrecht erlischt.

    Dazu gehört bei einer AB selbstverständlich das Schießen.

    Zur Option mir eine neue zu schicken wurde folgendes geantwortet:

    Bei dem Seitenhieb auf meine Ansprüche fällt mir eigentlich nichts mehr ein.... das ist unverschämt.

    Ich verstehe vor allem die Einstellung nicht..

    Arrowforge hätte hier mit einem einfachen Austausch einen langfristigen Kunden gewinnen können.

    Und es geht hier nichtmal um ein besonders teures Topprodukt bei dem nennenswert finanzieller Schaden auf Unternehmensseite entstehen könnte.

    So haben sie dann einen verärgerten Ex-Kunden und einen Knacks am Ruf.

    Denn was werde ich wohl antworten, wenn mich jemand fragt wie meine Erfahrung mit Arrowforge ist?....

    I also made a target 🎯 using 6mc of plastic bags, 12 layers of cardboard as a backstop and a builder's 60kg rectangular PP crate that I covered with a heavy duty shopping bag.

    Works great in my opinion.

    Edited, as I found full arrows at one AliExpress seller, but shipping is 150 Euro.

    The vanes of the Skylon Drakon arrows (the arrows that come with the crossbow and the exact same that you have on your shopping list) are 45mm long. The shaft without nock and tip is 330mm (33cm) long. I can't give you the ID of the shaft cause the tips and nock seem to be glued in.

    The Skylon Drakon arrows that you have on your list fit perfectly.

    I bought also BCY B55 from which I can make a traditional string anyway.

    I was really excited about using Dyneema Pro, and if I remember well the R9 is 120lbs? Vs Drakon's 90lbs.

    He also uses a much more powerful crossbow which I don't remember it's name right now.

    I strictly want to understand why it can be used on a recurve and not on a low power compound.

    Why? I think Joerg uses a an EK R9 which is a recurve, but don't remember anything about a warning about compounds?

    1. its always better to find a solution for high string/cable wear instead of getting cheaper string/cables so you dont have a financial problem in wasting a lot of them

    2. get in contact with a string builder, he will build you a set of quality string and cables

    3. its not that easy to stretch your string and cables enought to get a tight serving and no stretch on your crossbow

    4. if the cables stretch on your crossbow you might get it out of sync

    5. i dont mind using kanirope on low to medium powered recurve crossbows, they might survive a dryfire, a supersonic/drakon will likely not do that, also the reason for beeing cautious with a magazine

    5. jörg does a lot of stuff, not all of it makes sense to me, maybe its me, maybe its him :/

    and tend to be pushed inside the shaft on the REV, which might cut the string, resulting in a dryfire :(

    you can get high quality bow nocks in 4.2 mm and file them down to a half moon nock or you get a 4 mm carbon rod, cut it to the right length, glue it in the shaft, so the nock is supported by the carbon rod

    @Leerschuß die ganzen Nocken für die Rev Pfeilel sind auch nicht geklebt und sie sind am Innenteil noch etwas kürzer denn die Grünen von Skylon. :huh::(

    Die grünen habe ich auch, wie lang der Teil im Schaft ist, spielt eine geringere Rolle, als die Länge des „Stegs“ außerhalb, kleben hilft auch etwas.
