I didn't believe that revolver can misfire, but it happened - after I pulled the trigger, the cylinder rotated a bit and there was an empty click, after second pull everything was ok.

Maybe the cartridge was just malfunctioning?

No, I actually didnt see it very well, it looked like hammer hit earlier than the cylinder/drum rotated. Maybe I am wrong.

Maybe the drum wasn't in a correct position with the first pull of the trigger, so the drum transport couldn't grab it correctly. That's why I always turn the drum until a click is heard after pushing it in. Could you find a mark where the hammer hit the drum or the cartridge?

Open the sidelid an look, what´s the matter with it. -
A few years ago I owned the same gun, misfired everytime I shoot double action. In Singel Action there was no problem.
I made a replacement for the wheel-transport-bar from steel.
Shoot fine afterwards.Seems to be a common problem with this gun.
Sold it later...

I found a few marks - one between two cameras for the cartridges, another very close to the camera.
