Hehe, thanks!
Got better in just a few minutes. I wasn't really testing it on myself.
I just went out with one shot in the revolver to see the CS-cloud. Took my shot and watched it float away. After 10-15 seconds I wanted to go back inside. I had to go through the place where I had taken my shot, and I guess it was still in the air.Worked like hell... Wouldn't want to get six shots of that in my face at close range!

I can now... confirm.. that the CS-cartridges that were out of date in 98' is still working fine. And that my throat is not working fine...

To bad it wont fit any of the SSWs with high cap. magazines. All the 1911s I´ve found was about 8-9 shots. What I originally had in mind was to attach rails to the silencer. Or to the rail of the P30 to make it longer, so it wouldnt be to much weight on the barrel. I´ll surf around... maybe I can find something similar to the HERA stuff for the P30 or another gun.

But is it possible to extend the rail that is on the gun already? If I mount a longer rail on the existing rail, then the silencer wont need to hold the weight of the foregrip.
I´ll post a couple of pics of my ideas tonight..

For a while now, I´ve been thinking about making a SBR just for kicks. SBR stands for Short Barreled Rifle, and isn´t really the right term here as I am planning to use a silencer for the extended barrel.
This is my plan so far.
A pistol with high magazine capacity (HK P30) attached to a silencer. I will mount a picatinny rail to the silencer to make it hold a foregrip, laser and a flashlight.
It will also be mounted a bridge on the pistols rail for a red dot scope. A buttstock would be nice, but I dont know how to attach it to the rest. The only real problem I´ve though of is that the silencer will become heavy and might damage the pistols barrel. But since this gun will be held with two hands it should not be a problem.
So what do you think guys?
I think this can turn out to look really good.Best regards

I've been searching around on Google, but I didn't find anything relevant... Is there som guide to this somewhere?B.R

I have a question (since I can't read german).
Do you guys do this yourself?
I want to buy a cheap SSW and try to to something similar like this. Been thinking about the Record 15-9.
So IF you do this yourself - what do you use, and is it expensive?Best regards

Does anyone know of some other gips that will fit the RG89?
What I'm looking for is a combat grip in plastic or some kind of rubber. Thanks

Got it today.
The CS-catridges went out of date in 1998.
So... I guess I won't be counting on them for self defence. Allthough they are with yellow plastic caps, like Mr. Tarantula said. But when they are 11 years old I think it's a risk to take. -
He sent it today.
He said that he had 20 cartridges of CS that I could get for free. The thing is that they are from the same year as the revolver was purchased. Around 97'.
Question : Are they still usable, or out of date?Best regards,
Andre -
Great! I just sent a message to the seller, saying that I'm buying it.
Thank you all for being so helpful and quick to answer!
I will get the HW37 in a month or two as well, so the collection is slowly evolving. -
Not any additional tax as I know of. I belive it is the transport that makes it so expensive. I found a Noris Twinny (black) on a norwegian site, and it was about 200 euros. Wich is what I payed for mine (vernickel) that I orderd from Germany. It is expensive as hell to import things...
And another thing might be that we don't have them for self-defence, but for sports and dog training.
The funny thing is that blank revolvers/pistols with open barrel (PTB) is not allowed in Norway. So I find it amusing that a lot of serious hunting stores sell them. -
The guy selling it wants 94 euros for it. That's cheap for Röhm in Norway. Looked at a brand new RG59N the other day, with a price tag of 133 euros!
So 94 eur for the RG89 isn't to bad, if it is a good revolver. What do you think guys? Should I give it a go? -
Hi. Just found this one on a norwegian site. Can anyone see what RG-model this is? You can get bigger pictures by clicking on them.
I'm having trouble reading what it says on the barrel.http://www.finn.no/finn/bap/object?finnkode=19731525
Thank you!

A link to my other thread?
That thread is posted in the wrong section and should be deleted as soon as a mod. sees it.
So can we please use this one? And let the other one die........ -
Does anyone have any experience with the Voltran Ekol Tuna in 8mm or the Volga in 9mm?
-
I guess he means that they are cheap and bad quality. Volga is 20 EUR in Bulgaria. Tuna is 15.

What? I asked for this thread to be deleted, and that my other one, posted in the right section, to be left standing. Seems like the right one was deleted.
Can this thread be moved over to Schreckshuss, where it belongs? No, OK, then I will make a new thread in the right section. Please delete THIS one. Not the other one.
