    Nice stuff Daniel!!

Im gonna get a nickel Colt Government 1911... too bad it doesnt have 'automatic schlittenfang'... :(
And Im not gonna buy a IWG or a Reck colt from egun.de because I dont trust it.... Who knows I might buy a €100,+ gun and that when I get it, it turns out to be broken...

    no thanks..

    Hiya guys,

I've got a couple of questions...
First of all why cant I find any IWG Governments for sale?
Are there any other SSW 1911's WITH 'schlittenfang'?
And if I wanted a OLD VERSION GPDA9 vernickelt (with holzgriff schalen), where should I look then?

    Thanks you guys

    Hallo Freunde,

Ich suche mir die Holzgriffschalen mit das Gummi. Kann aber online nichts finden. Ich wollte mir ein vernickelte GPDA9 hölen WANN ich mir die griffschalen finden kann.
Anders wurde es die brunierte GPDA9.

    Vielen Dank!

Heya guys, Im looking for those wooden grips... If I can find 'em I'm gonna get a nickelplated GPDA9... else it'll just be a blue'd one.
Damn a nickelversion with those grips looks fiiiine!!! :n1:

    Thanks!

With speaking I mean using your voice...
The majority of dutch people never TYPE / WRITE german but will, when handy / polite, SPEAK german.

And ofcourse I recon that not all dutch people are polite enough to speak german whenever there's germans around, but most of them are...

    Thanks you guys... especially Daniel...

You've helped me a lot further mate!!
Im sure Im not going to get a nickel version now... just that Im in doubt between the RG96 and the GPDA9 but I'll just have to make a choice ;)

Ill keep you informed on what I purchased...

And btw.. everyone over the age of 18 in the Netherlands speaks german. The reason Im not using it in this forum is because I can't ALWAYS spell it properly... plus that not everyone on this forum is either dutch or german.

So using the english language would be most... open... and friendly.
Hope I dont offend you but germans who just want to speak german just because it's a german forum... are selfish *******s in my opinion.

Plus that I get lots of german customers at works.. which I help in german. And when I go over to Germany to purchase something I also speak german... so dont be bitching :P ;)

    Hi

Can someone who owns a GPDA9 improved version make a short movie demonstrating how it's used. It's pretty unclear to me how the safety works because when I read "Entspannhebel" I dont get any much wiser.
If it had a switch.. like the RG96 does.. it would be easy... but I dont know what to expect from an "Entspannhebel".

Does it work somewhat like the safety switch on the RG96??
(Trigger locks or the hammer does or something like that)

Would I be able to safely carry it in my pants with a round chambered... for instance..? (IM NOT GOING TO.. IT'S JUST TO ILLUSTRATE HOW RELIABABLE I WANT THE SAFETY TO BE)

I dont know if you guys are fermilair with the american term "cocked and locked"?? But it means that you can chamber a round...(keep the hammer uncocked) and carry it in your pocket.. for when you need to use it REALLY fast. (you would only have to pull back the hammer)

Hope it's clear what I'd like to see in the movie.
Thanks very much in advance!!! ^^

    :huldige: :n17:

    Zitat

I think the slide catch works better on the P88 than the GPDA 9.

Can you try to explain why?

    Zitat

A gun that has good quality and feels genuin, is the Röhm RG96, who is a model of Heckler und Koch P8 (USP serie).

I know huh! It looks damn fine!!
I'm now debating with some friends of mine on MSN Live which one to get... the GPDA9 or the RG96.

    You guys've been a real help!!! :D
