Hi, I bought the below and decided to post a "shopping list" for anyone interested.

    - Junxing Crossbow Press https://www.hattila.com/en/711-junxing-crossbows ( only place that has it and delivers to Eastern Europe )

    - 4 X 6 Arrow sets ( Drakon ) still from Hattila

    - 12 broadheads that I'll recycle the tips from eBay.de https://www.ebay.de/itm/385293536863?var=653182101618 (I won't use these, but I really wanted to have the option for home defense)

    - 20m of Dyneema Pro 3mm as I watched Joerg Sprave's video on it and I liked the idea https://www.amazon.de/Seil-Dyneema-P…z/dp/B00NFJ8N3Y

    - BCY B55 bowstring https://www.amazon.com/BCY-B55-Bowstr…l/dp/B09RD1YZ3J

    What I'm missing is:

    Nocks: ID 4.2

    https://a.aliexpress.com/_mNI1atC

    Vanes: 1.75

    https://a.aliexpress.com/_mqJRb5y

Shafts: 32in needs to be cut to 13in (need exact shaft length), 800 ( if I remember well), shipping is prohibitive though. https://a.aliexpress.com/_m0MgaAK

    Tips: 80 grains

    https://a.aliexpress.com/_mKF0Bty

Are the above correct? If someone can give exact dimensions in metric.

Full Arrows: https://a.aliexpress.com/_mq3sY0W for Suso and Drakon.

    But shipping is prohibitive

DIY arrows don't seem to be too cost effective, right?

Or, best of all, full arrows compatible with the Drakon, same specs? Anyone can complete the list?

I also made a target 🎯 using 6mc of plastic bags, 12 layers of cardboard as a backstop and a builder's 60kg rectangular PP crate that I covered with a heavy duty shopping bag.

    Works great in my opinion.

Edited, as I found full arrows at one AliExpress seller, but shipping is 150 Euro.

I'm not as picky as you, but considering how the Drakon is packaged, I don't see any problem.

-Oil stains? That is normal even on e-cigarettes that are meant to be used to inhale into human lungs.

-Water stains? They cleaned it before shipping :), It's made in China :).

-Chipping? On the trigger is almost normal if you look how the Drakon is Packaged. Probably rough handling in shipping.

    - vertical marks? I really want to see a string that has none.

    - the red dot is a cheap 10 Euro one... Most of them are shipped in bags, even mine has some marks but not as pronounced as yours, but still visible and clearly from manufacturing.

    - no manual, and this is known.

No, it's not normal, mine was "almost" pristine but had most of your issues, except the trigger chipping.

O top of that the box was moldy as hell, to the point I was coughing every 10 seconds after unpacking it.

You will put 10x of these marks on it after your first day out, I'd say enjoy it.

Edit: there are no marks at the front except a small scratch (probably shipping again), the foot stirrup actually stands on the screws not on the rail. You will see those marks clearly if it would of been used.

Hey guys, I'm new, only English speaker, but I happily used Google translate to read through all the thread pages.

I live in Eastern Europe and unfortunately I bought online from Germany a Junxing Drakon which I am still to shoot a single arrow with.
The issue is that due to recent law changes I can't register it legally in my name as I was required to buy it only through a Armorer/Gunsmith locally.

I also 3D printed a quiver that can hold 8 arrows with a different fore grip or 6 with the included one, and an alternative 3D printed sturdy box for the included RedDot that can also hold all the tools for convenience.

The trigger lateral play was basically removed with some wooden inserts that were treated with mineral oil. What I used was a thick bamboo toothpick, easy fix, check the photo.

I really love it, but I can't use it. What a pity.

My advice for anyone here is to check the local laws 100 times before buying a crossbow, even one that's mainly used for plinking.
